It's a good book for engineering/science managers. Too bad that I'm on a 2:1 ratio of "I don't have time for soft skills":"soft skills are necessary" in the science managers I know or have been told stories about. It reminds me of undergrad when my classmates were moaning and groaning over having to take a mandatory writing class.
